I tried to place an online order through the app but it wasn't working. So I went inside and ordered the same order at the... register. I place my order and go to the pick up line. As I'm standing in the pickup like she calls my name for a online order.I tell her that's impossible since I never got a confirmation that my order when thought on the app and show her my phone. Shethen screams at my and tells me I'm lying. I had to spend $25 since the same order was placed twice and she refused to give me arefund. I have been going past this Dunkin Donuts for 2 years on my way to work and never stopped in because they don't have a drive... through.. This morning I decided to stop and go in. The woman at the counter who took my order was fantastic. She wasfriendly and fast and seemed to really care about what she was doing. The rest of the staff was terrible. I waited a while formy order and when it came up, the coffee was missing. I said it was supposed to have coffee and the person who gave it to meseemed bothered by that and responded with I don't know. The pickup area is tiny and everyone is standing around waiting fortheir orders. When my coffee became available, I left. When I opened the bag at work, I realized that the bagel I requested betoasted, was not toasted.
