Took my sister for a small celebration of the start of the study year. The place is colorful and welcoming, and the staff are... very friendly. We had the Sweet Cream and Cookie ice cream in the waffle cones. The price felt fair for the quality of icecream. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, even dogs since they also sell doggie ice cream. Read more
Went there with my family and had very unpleasant experience. The guy at the register was not friendly at all, did not say a... word to us and over all looked annoyed with us placing the order. Not sure what his deal was, we were extremely polite andrespectful so getting this unfriendly treatment back was awkward!! I had to ask him multiple time to make the scoops smaller forthe kids and he continued to ignore and on the third time he did it but again there was no desire to cooperate in any way ofform. The price for kids ice cream smaller size is 8$ and having a friendly face would help to make people want to come backthere. Read more

My family and I hadn't visited Ben and Jerry's in Glenview's Town center for many months. I heard they had new owners. My... granddaughters from California were visiting and they requested ice cream at Ben and Jerry's. We were greeted with smiles. It was a pleasure!! It's hands down the best ice cream I've ever had. We stopped by here while visiting Glenview, and the staff was incredibly... friendly and helpful. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a hearty hello and we were offered to try as many flavors aswe wanted. Salted caramel was so good, I took a pint home! Read more
