Great buffalo chicken pizza!
Tried Frank's a few times since I moved here. Everything I've had so far has been good.
I always have ordered Frank's.. however I think I'll be looking for a new place. I understand places are understaffed. They get... busy. However I placed an order yesterday. Was told 45 minutes for delivery. One hour later....two hours later still no food.After two calls into the shop I was told the driver has my order and is on the way. Took an other 20 minutes to get my food.Once it arrives it's completely cold. I had to re heat my paid for pizza and breadsticks in my oven!!!! One pizza and one orderof breadsticks. 35$ !!!!! Chuck the driver is amazing and I felt bad for him. He said the staff inside don't ever offer to helpwith deliveries. 7+ staff on their phones with no help???? Unbelievable. This pizza place is gooooood!!! A bit pricey for local pizza place but the taste of perfection is well worth the few extra... dollars. The wings are absolutely delicious! I always make sure to buy a bottle of their homemade ranch dressing! Employeesaren't the most personable but they do their jobs! Restaurant is always clean and well stocked. I appreciated the communitysupport Shaler signage! I will definitely be a returning customer! Read more
