Their drive thru is set up so anybody can just skip the line and make people wait. And they dont care. Expect a 20+ minute wait... for probably incorrect food. Read more

I was kicked out in the rain before I could receive service due to having a service dog and staff assumed I was homeless. When... she asked me to leave, I didn't have the energy to argue my rights I just landed in NY - I was waiting for someone to meet thereafter my Lyft driver took me to the wrong location. Employees get treated like garbage here. I have never ever seen people get so disrespected while working a job. This would... explain the mostly horrible service. There are some good people, but most of them don?t seem to understand customer service.Although, if I got treated like that I don?t think I?d be so happy either tho tbh. I ordered two veggie burgers, 1 with bbq sauce, cheese, and lettuce and 1 with ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, lettuce and cheese.... When I got my order the first veggie burger was fine, but the second one was missing the cheese and the sauces were pouring outthe side. I decided to bring it back in because veggie burgers are expensive and I also paid for cheese that I didn?t get. Afterbringing it in, they put cheese on the new burger but instead up putting the lettuce I ordered, they put pickles. Again, thesauce was pouring out the side and completely unedible. I ate as much as I could before throwing it out. Also when I went insideto show them the problem, I was not greeted in a friendly manner. The employees seemed annoyed that there was an issue with myorder and annoyed that they had to fix it. I thought after seeing the burger oozing with sauces and all over the place theywould make the second would better, but it was honestly worse. Read more
