Every time we go to this location it always takes forever ?no matter how many people are in line. However, this time around 0100... we came to this location as another was out of chicken strips. No biggie I thought. Go in the second line as it was open and theother car I could hear trying to order and the person taking it made it seem way more complicating than it should have been. Hefinished up and a car pulls up behind him and she takes his order over mine. So I thought maybe this lane is closed for thenight and went to the first one and waited a few minutes and a jeep then pulls up behind me and decided to go in the second laneand they took their order first. So by then I am feeling purposely ignored and decide to go in front of the Jeep and just talkto someone at the window. Mistake on my part because as soon as I pulled forward she then finally wanted to take my order. Iwait in line a bit but then decided I?d be there 30 minutes then wait for food another 20 because they?d have to put the orderin so we left. Will never recommend this location to anyone. Read more

Very slow, not a one time issue either almost any time I come here they move at a very slow pace. And I have had multiple... interactions when I go in never greeted or anything then the staff will look at you waiting at the counter to order them justcarry on with what they are doing and not even say "we'll be right with you" feel like most any time I come here I end upleaving before I even order. This restaurant location is an embarrassment to all other Whataburger franchises. This location should be closed permanently. It... should never take a driver over an hour to pick up and online order. The food was cold obviously but this isn?t the driversfault. Every time I go to this location myself it?s the same thing. Abhorrent service, overwhelmed and unapologetic staff andobviously a location manager that should be looking for a new job. Or industry. This manager couldn?t even manage their way outof a box if they tried. I will discontinue my business with Whataburger in this city going forward. And I expect a full refund. Read more

They are always the slowest thing. It could be 2am and you?re the only one in line, it could be 6pm peak dinner rush they?ll... take 10x longer than they should. Today was the last straw, they had a long line in the drive through so I went inside. I satin the lobby waiting for a single sandwich meal for literally 30 minutes. I don?t know how they?re consistently so bad but Ipromise this store is not worth your time, if you want whataburger you?re better off driving to Texas and back, I promise it?llstill be faster. Last night I ordered a #2 with onion rings and a drink. Once we pulled up to the window a team leader cashed us out and... everything went smoothly. Drove away and saw that I didn't have my onion rings so I went back to the drive thru window. A tall,young looking fella asked what was wrong, told him I got fries instead of O.R. ...so he advised me that it was going to be a fewminutes because they were barely going to cook them. No problem, I waited and waited and waited. It was probably 10 mins... Isee all the employees just walking around, talking, laughing. So I honked my horn the same young guy came to the window andlooked at me like he didn't know what I was waiting for... He had the bag in his hand. I told him "my onion rings" he said "ohyeah I'm working on it, all the onion rings fell in the bag" .... Told him "it's alright I'll take them like that" ....when Ilooked inside they were all burnt ???? So I waited about 10 minutes just for him to give me burnt onion rings that I didn't evenget to eat. And definitely didn't have time to go back and deal with him again. Burger was great but his attitude and customerservice was trash! Do better dude! Read more

Me and the wife came by to enjoy the breakfast burger they have and an were not only actually greeted warmly but the food was... very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and the food was wonderful. Definitely recommend coming in and sitting down. Excellentservice in a time were most fast food employees are lacking. Read more

My first time to whataburger and let me tell you it was amazing. As soon as I walked in at 830am till the time I left the... service was on point. The cashier Henry was very professional and my food was prepared in a timely manner and you could tell itwas freshly cooked. Thank you Henry for your professionalism and customer service. Read more

This was my first time trying Whataburger. I was excited because I?ve heard great things. The person taking our order was... helpful but they really messed up our order. Forgot fries, which we caught but also forgot one of sandwiches which we didn?tcatch and by the time we did we were too far down the road. The burger we got was cold ????and the chicken wrap was watery.???? I will try again but not this location. Read more
