Unfortunately, continues to be more of the same. I stood waiting at the pick up counter for 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge... my presence as an employee literally walked past me multiple times. When someone did finally ask I discovered my order was readythe whole time but since they've moved the pick up shelves behind the counter I had to wait for someone to get bored enough tohelp me. Beginning to wonder if the food quality is worth the bad service. Sadly, the service at this location has steadilydeclined. We've been coming to this location for lunch or dinner weekly for more than 2 years. At first we could order onlineand dependably get through the drive thru fast. Then getting through the drive thru become slow and undependable. So, we starteddoing pick up. Now, we seldom get the things that we ordered and we now have to inspect each order closely and most of the timethere's a mistake. The food quality is still among the best in fast food but recently they've gotten cheap on the mac andcheese. We used to get full containers and now they're about half full. Read more
I always stop by this place on my way back from appointments in Tulsa. The Sapulpa location is awesome. My Family loves their... food. The service is alway great & fast. It tends to be a little expensive if you're ordering for more than 3 people but it's soworth it. The food is phenomenal. Read more
