Called in an order at 6:30 pm & was told they no longer deliver & it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Arrived & pd in 20... minutes. Food was not ready. After a few minutes, I asked how long. It was ready after I waited 20 minutes standing in therestaurant. It took twice as long as they said. It appeared tables were all full of people waiting. I saw several othercustomers ask about orders and stand waiting as I was. I got home and they forgot to give me the rice to go with General Tso'schicken. I called & they said I could come back & get it or they could give me a credit for the rice next time. So by the time Iwould drive another 20 minutes round trip, my food would be cold. I asked to speak to the manager, Seth said he was the manager.I asked for the name & number of his mgr & to talk to them. He put me on hold & said it was Anna & she also said those were myonly 2 options. Really!? A credit for rice or come back & get it?! There's a 3rd option, I won't return, and I don't recommendanyone go there. They should have offered to deliver it to me or a refund. Read more

First time trying here? and I?m not totally sold on it? it wasn?t nasty but it sure as hell isn?t the best either? A order of... The famous Chris fried rice did the trick for the night to feed two people. The customer service was awesome and availableparking in the evening was a surprise considering the hype. If there is a next time.. honestly, it would be the last resort kindof thing. Put more sauce in the bag next time especially since we requested it. The establishment could use some straighteningup. I've only been here 1 time and I got the wrong food. The recipe on the bag was correct and showed seasame chicken and pork... eggrolls. It took longer than I wanted to wait to get the food so I didn't want to waste more of my time to go back and get itcorrected. The pork egg rolls are super tiny like it's for a child but tasted ok. The combination fried rice I got was prettygood. I think the front and back of the house are operating on 2 different levels. If I eat here again someone else will bepaying or picking it up. First thing we are vegetarians and order the vegetable fried rice with no broccoli. I pick up the order and decided to check my... order before leaving and was completely wrong. It had pork, beef and broccoli. I then approached the guy and told him theorder was wrong and he kept arguing with me that my husband said everything on it except chicken. I could tell the guy had ahard time hearing and kept grabbing his ear saying excuse me. Manager Dusty was rude. I ordered the Chris fried rice chicken and shrimp medium spicy and I paid extra for extra green onion and extra onion get home... with my food I don?t have no extra green onions and no extra onion. Called and spoke to Anna explain to her that this was thesecond time that this is happened and she said she went to the people that made my order and they said that they put it in thereI said I?m looking at my food and do you want me to bring it back she told me no I say well give me the owner name all theperson is over you she say we don?t give out the owner not the person that?s over us name. Worst Chinese food ever. No flavor. The fried rice is literally flavored with only soy sauce. I?ve never had a fried rice like... that. The burnt Eggrolls taste like store-bought eggrolls, and the sweet-and-sour chicken taste like nothing. No seriously ithad no taste or flavor. That?s what I get for trying a new place.
