I was at Deptford Mall yesterday, doing Christmas shopping. The Mall was busy, but Chik-Fil-A was PACKED! I had a VERY PLEASANT... gentleman, Caleb, take my order. Even though it was complete chaos in the mall today, Caleb was calm, cool, and collected. Hewas a fantastic listener and smiled often. Just a fantastic experience for me! I have to tell you, I must have been to 30 storesin the past two days and by far, this was my best experience. Thank you for being so pleasant and polite Caleb! Even though this location is in the Mall. They still do a great job at providing amazing customer service and quality food.
Tried to get a late lunch. Placed an order for a simple chic fil a sandwhich...but never got it. Stood around for 10 minutes... waiting. 3 or 4 people walking around behind the counter...pouring drinks...making a few shakes, while 1 person took orders atthe register. couldnt tell who was in the kitchen...but after about 15 minutes...i had to ask for a refund. They had me waiting 13 mins in line for just a drink. And i was at the front of the line. Gave them exact change. Because they... couldn?t put the money in the drawer they just had me wait forever while guest who arrived way after me were being served inother lines. ALL I GOT WAS A LARGE DRINK.
