Went here on 'Tacos Tuesday' in mid-July. Was surprised at how small and diminished the portions were plus they charge 'extra'... for any salsas beyond the scant few they provide PLUS no green 'guac' sauce unless, again, you pay 'extra'. Tasted just OK buthave had better from street vendors in DownTown LA and El Monte as well. Hungry? Try 'Dog Haus' in the same complex ~ they'reworth it. Read more

My wife ordered a pork burrito for take out. The male employee made it with chicken instead of pork. Further it did not... contain the guacamole and sour cream as posted on the menu. It?s a good thing she checked it before leaving as we would have tomake a trip back to the marketplace. She asked for a refund as she believed it was deliberately done wrong. Can?t trust them. For my first time eating at The Taco Man, I was very disappointed. The so called tacos are more like a quesadilla with little to... no flavor. The salsa itself is also really bland.You are not even able to taste the meat with the cheese and crema overpoweringthe entire taco.
