Calzones bigger than expected! Pizza dough is perfect. Sauce was delicious and well balanced. Cheese was REAL MOZZARELLA instead... of that fake stuff you get everywhere else. I loooove the pizza here. The crust is both crispy and chewy. It has just the right amount of sauce. I get vegetarian with... onion, bell pepper, olives, mushrooms and GARLIC. So delicious. My husband and I share a medium. The owner is very sweet. Heworks alone a lot of the time so it's not fast, but the restaurant is clean and peaceful (no blaring music!!) so I don't mindwaiting a bit more than some other pizza parlors.
