It's hard for me to ever fully 5 star a McDonald's, but it's a decent one. It is kept clean . Surprisingly haven't had any... issues in years of going here up the block. I tried to think of something to complain about, but have fell short. This onehas it all! From an indoor ac kids playground separated to a fast drivethru even when where's a line out to the street. Theymanage well and have been absolutely amazing for getting a quick coffee or bite and using WiFi from the parking lot as manyplaces don't reach far outdoor. All hail parking lot WiFi, just don't kill the spot and abuse it so everyone can continue toenjoy. Read more
I just came from Mc Donald?s on Arrow in Glendora. They miss up my order I ordered 2 drinks, small fries, one fillet fish and 2... hamburgers they forgot my hamburgers they didn?t put it on my Order the 1st. Time so I had to go back in the long line becausetheir lobby was close early they usually close at 11 or 10 sometimes I see them close the door after 9. Then when I got home oneof my drinks was dr. pepper I order a diet Coke. Read more
This is the second time they have messed up my order within a month. Drove home to find out im missing half my order. They... should really make sure they have everything in the bag before they say that's it. I guess I gotta double check before drivingaway from now on. Fast service doesn't always mean great service. Do not, I repeat DO NOT go to the McDonald's on Grand and Badillo, come to this McDonald's instead! This is probably the best... McDonald's to go to for breakfast and lunch and gets my order right about 99% of the time and doesn't complain about or denycertain special requests that I ask for! I hate having to beg for sauces and ketchup. Now I get my order and I leave... No straws.???? I go back and ask for straws. I... mentioned that there were no straws Snarkily, they tell me there's a sign at the counter saying you have to ask. I explainedthat went through the drive through. They replied with attitude there is a sign out there too. I expressed my displeasure andleft ???? So, I looked for the drive through sign. Sure enough they had a sign...
