I'm gonna give it a 1 star because the food is great but the wait time needs exponential improvement. I get and agree with their... mojo about great food takes time to prepare. My problem with them is that they lied to you about the wait time on phone ordersby saying 25 to 30 min and when you get there 25 minutes after they say it's gonna be another 10 minutes and I say ok only forthem to come back 7 mins after and say if I want to substitute the rice for other side. I say no to the cashier she then goes totalk to the cook and they have a silent discussion. 5 minutes after they come and say another 7 minutes. Yes, this actuallyhappened, it was uncomfortable and ridiculous. I decided to cancel the order and the cashier seems a bit dumbfounded that Iactually asked for a refund. Another gentleman was there before and commented to me that "it's taking forever". The cashiertried to get him to substitute rice for something else as well I speculate that they stop making rice at one point in the nightand try to convince people to sub sides. As customers, Georgies owes us the courtesy of being factual about the wait time andtell us if rice is even available to begin with before we pay. Read more

I've been coming here for several months now and initially I was happy with the food and service. Unfortunately I am no longer... happy with either. We are a family of 5 so when I order it is easily over $100 every time which is why I am annoyed that theywould want to nickel and dime over an extra hot sauce or even 2. They tried to charge me 80 cents for each. In my head I wasshocked like do you realize I just spent over $100 and I am a regular here. Forgive me but that is poor customer service in myopinion. Also I wasn't notified that my food was done early. When I got home the food was cold. 2 more things it is usually along wait and it is overpriced. Read more
