Never disappointed. Cosmo continues to deliver quality food at a fair price. The short ribs ravioli is exceptional. I just had... his clam chowder special and it had a wonderful smokey flavor. The burata appetizer is on point and their bruscetta isdelicious. Their bread is so good, I often fill up on that before my food comes. Do make a point of enjoying this gem on Route66. Read more

Had a wonderful Father's Day dinner at Cosmo's ! The shortribs were sublimely seasoned and cooked, Hugo the head waiter... recommended the perfect wine to go with it, and Kellan our waiter treated us with a kindly deference which made the night a truetreat. This is a great little Italian restaurant with delicious appetizers and the entree's were wonderful. They have a solid wine list... and the outdoor dining was very pleasant.The staff was very attentive and the service and kitchen were very quick. We came to Cosmo's Bistro on my daughters graduation. We had never even heard of the place and we saw how many stars were given... and we decided to go. When we walked in we were completely surprised. My group of ten loved their meals, and even my boys whoare picky eaters.And the price wasn't that bad either. The waitress and workers were great . The food here is absolutely delicious. Great service with very good knowledge of the menu. You must try the Linguini with clams,... mussels, calamari, salmon and shrimp in a tomato broth, unbelievably good. Read more
