If I could give 0 stars I would. The last 3 times I?ve ordered for pickup my order hasn?t been ready for over 15-20 minutes... passed when the pickup time says making me late to get back work. I unfortunately found a metal washer/ring in my chicken bowl while eating. I nearly swallowed the piece but I think anyone can... realize how you react when something hard is in your mouth when eating something that?s supposed to be soft. I'll start by saying, I love chipotle. I use their rewards program, and eat chipotle almost every week... just not normally... this location. Smallest portions I've ever seen at a chipotle.. only to be matched by the tiny bag of near tooth breaking stalechips. Took the chips back, and the employee said,"sorry, this has been happening all morning" and then proceeded to bring meanother bag of chips that's unbelievably, laughably, empty. First let me start by saying I LOVE CHIPOTLE! Normally? this particular location has just about the WORST customer service of... all!!! I was definitely inconveniencing them by paying them money to purchase their goods and service. Chipotle corporate aswell as the franchisee should look into retraining as this location is NOT up to the normal standard. I have uploaded a pictureof my bowl with ?double? brisket and ?large? chip (which had absolutely no lime salt) where is it? I paid for it?
