Reviews for bushi by JINYA - Glendora in Glendora, CA
Food is decent but horrible service and unsanitary! I saw some customers telling the cashier that their order was incomplete.... When It\'s my time to pick up my order, the same thing happened to me.I ordered two ramen but gave me only one broth. The asianbald guy cahsier took care of it without apologizing and made my broth without changing gloves from touching the register, moneyand receipts. Horrible service!!! Read more
Tried the blue crab hand roll, it was amazing! A must for crab lovers. It was cool that they wrap it to keep the seaweed crunchy... too. Will be back to try the ramen sometime. Read more

Location: Good, Parking: Okay, Service:50-50, Price for food received:Okay, Overall: A first time try and I will say the Ramen... was very good, chicken was fine, and the sushi roll was different. I ordered the special for $20 and asked if a drink camewith the meal. The cashier just looked at me and said \"There\'s water\" and filled a cup with water. They didn\'t offer me achoice which was weird. Would I go back, yes for the food. The Service needs some adjustments.. Read more
The soup had great mouth feel and flavor and the noodle was good. The soft boiled egg was perfect. I feel the portions are a bit... small for the price though for most of the items. The hand roles was very tasty but also felt it was more expensive than itshould be. Read more
Way better than the other ramen places that charge the same price. They make their own noodles and the tonkotsu broth isn\'t... salty. Read more
I ordered the Special Tonkotsu Ramen ($17), it comes with 1 piece of pork while one half submerging the broth was lukewarm but... the other half was ice cold. On top of it, the pork is mostly FAT. Tonkotsu was suppose to be a clear white creamy brothhowever, this one looks like a soy sauce base. The worst of it, it is salty and there is a layer of oil floating on top of thebroth. SKIP!
