If I could provide a negative star I would. I understand that pricing is going up on food and so forth but reducing and not... proving what you advertised is not the way to go about it. I purchase $18 Dlls (with tax) large bowl but only received theamount of food for a small bowl. I have no problem paying the amount but if I?m not getting what I?m buying its not okay. Icomplained and was ignored by the OWNERS!! I was a returning customer for years and would drive an additional 15 minutes out ofmy way to go here but no more. Glendora location: Poor Service, poor servings. I was craving the grilled salmon and I?ve been going to the West Covina location... once a week for about a month now. I was close to the Glendora location so I thought it would be the same since it?s the samecompany. Well I was wrong. Everything was just different. Terrible customer service and it wasn?t even busy! They use choppedsalmon instead of a whole salmon. The serving was terrible, I can could the number of the salad leaves, cucumbers, and edamamebecause they didn?t even put enough. They forgot or didn?t even ask if I wanted the flakes and sesame stuff they put. It was alot saltier maybe cause they use a pump system for the sauce and the fact that it didn?t have enough Salad and rice. Don?t getme wrong, I would go again but just not at this location. Quick and easy! Very fresh, service was sketchy but who cares- maybe she was having a rough day. I tried the three protein bowl... with ponzu and special sauce- delicious- light and healthy. Kinda gives you that sushi fix when you?re on the run. Read more
Pretty good AhiPoki location. Sizes are good, great selection of proteins and toppings. Place is clean, music is good and... there's plenty of parking. The only downside is the rushed preparation of the bowls. We were the only customers in the place andthe lady behind the counter was rushing it like if she had 20 people waiting.
