My two sisters and I just spent 3 days at the Glendale Springs Inn. Innkeepers Hope and Josh could not have been more... accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. As we were meeting other family members for a wedding, werented all 5 rooms at the Inn. The pictures on the website are a true description of each room. The Glendale Inn is a beautifulInn that has an old soul. Even though the restaurant has yet to open, there is a plethora of breakfast choices availableprovided by the Innkeepers as a continental breakfast.The 2 lounges available provided the family ?get togethers ? an area tohang out and which enhanced our stay. There is a small town diner next door along with Greenhouse Craft and gift shop. Thewedding we attended was great, but we found that the Glendale Springs Inn gave us the perfect place to reconnect with family andmake new memories. Thank you Hope and Josh for a wonderful time. My girlfriend and I stayed in Glendale Springs Inn while attending a wedding in Whitetop, VA which is about 45 minutes away.... We've never been to this part of the country before and have found that this is a really beautiful place to "get away" for a fewdays. We're here in mid October and the leaves have begun changing, and just driving around the country roads has been sopleasant. We couldn't find many lodging options in this general area and we feel so lucky that we chose here instead of some ofthe more "commercial" options available (i.e. Holiday Inn Express). Our room was very charming and comfortable and meticulouslyclean with a spacious en-suite bathroom. There are two spacious rooms upstairs at the Inn where you can comfortably relax in themorning while drinking coffee (there is a large selection of coffee options and other snacks). We really have gotten the feelingof staying at a relative's home and it has been comfortable in a way that can't be matched by a basic hotel. We definitely hopeto return in the future. We also highly recommend doing to the Craft Bistro in nearby West Jefferson for dinner while here. Read more

Nice porch to sit out and drink beer and eat appetizers. Nice small bar inside and dining room. Visited there twice each time... very few other people there which I cannot understand. It's well worth a visit. Read more

Wonderful, wonderful food. My wife and I both had wedge salads, which were excellently done with a tasty but not overpowering... blue cheese dressing, and the Cuban burger, which was to die for with its juicy beef patty, tangy mustard, and delicious porkbelly. We finished things off with rich bread pudding and triple chocolate cake. All around, a fantastic meal. Read more

This was a charming place to have quiet delicious lunch. Service was A+, menu was limited but each dish fresh and made to... perfection. The Inn has 6 rooms upstairs in B and B style. House is over 100 years old, restored in 1990s. Loved the ambience!Highly recommend. Read more

I attended the Cochon wine dinner and java lovely evening. It started with cocktails on the expansive porch surrounding the... stately mansion. The air was beautiful and the guests charming. We moved inside for a five course meal paired with wine from theCochon winery. Both the executive chef and the owner of the winery introduced each course and pairing and were delightful hosts.Every morsel of food and sip of wine was extraordinary! I even bought for bottles of wine to remember the evening. We willdefinitively be returning. Read more

An incredible restaurant with an even more incredible menu!! This is by far my favorite restaurant in the area.
