The cashier had no clue how the filet o fish is cooked in response to my question about the cooking medium being solely used for... fish or other meat. The manager stepped in and confirmed that the fish is always cooked in it's own oil and never mixed up withother meats. The price of the filet o fish at $4.99 is certainly too much for a piece of plain bun and a slap of tartar sauce.There's nothing else on the sandwich except these 3 ingredients. There was no sauce or dips that came with it. For the price of2 that I ordered, as one is too little to fill my tummy, I could have had a more balanced meal with vegetables and more. Read more
Staff have huge attitudes, like we're bothering them. They screw up orders, can't operate the drive thru speakers, long wait... times for simple items. Poorly managed. Will drive across town from now on. They re mire interested in their personal lives thanserving the customer. Practically toss the food into your window and never say thank you Read more
It's always a great pleasure visiting here! Love this McDonald?s. The workers are trained very well and everyone seems to care... about their job, each other and the customers. Service was speedy and the food was hot and tasty when it arrived at the table.The Burgers and ice cream were really good. The manager at this McDonald's was very helpful as well. Tables and floors arealways being taken care of. I left with a smile on my face and couldn't even complain. Highly recommend this McDonald's if youget a chance to check them out! Horrible horrible coffee. Why do I love McDonald?s coffee? Because I travel a lot and it?s consistently good, EXCEPT here. What... are you guys doing differently from the reliable standard that McDonald?s literally provides as a franchise? I work in the food industry and hands down this is probably one of the worst McDonald's around. The employees are always... carrying their phones even when going to the bathroom, they sometimes even have their headphones in (sanitation and safelyproblem). The tables are almost always never cleaned through out the day, ik this because i've gone there mid-day and saw allthe tables so dirty that they all had a gross sticky feeling to them, the floors are just as bad. Rude employees are anotherissue, i've had a girl take our order with her phone right in front of her and us and obviously on snapchat while taking ourorder plus for a fast food place that rarely gets busy they're very slow (your literally just reheating food). Some of the guyseven have their pants hanging low and constantly pulling them up and not washing their hands. They don't wear gloves or washhands even when necessary. I understand most of these employees are kids but it's management's job to make sure they're going bysafely and sanitation standards but management is just as bad. It won't surprise me if this McDonald's gets shut down forsanitation and safely issues. Personal if you do have the misfortune to be in this McDonald's i would pay close attention to theway your food is prepared since these employees are clearly not trained well enough to understand a sanitation issue even if ithit them in their faces. I know it's hash but it's just gross and a high risk for a food bone illness outbreak. Read more
I've had so many issues with this McDonald's. It happens, but when I try to let them know what mistakes have been made I get... ignored or treated with a lot of attitude. I understand mistakes happen. All I ask is that you fix them. Twice now my son hashad to supplement his meal because this location seems to not want to give us a PLAIN cheeseburger. This McDonald's is one to avoid. Not only because of the outrageous prices since it is not corporate and is a franchise. They... literally overprice everything at this location but because of how petty they are. I placed an order for a coffee using my appcoupon on a Monday evening with literally no other customers in line, me being the only car. I needed to place a second verysmall order for another person in my vehicle whom wanted to use their own app and they tell me it's one order per a car and theycan't assist me with a separate order. They told me I can only add to my order, I would need to drive back around just to placethis order. Smh Read more
THE FRIES ARENT EVEN FULL. THEY ARE ALWAYS STALE AND HARD. ABSOLUTELY REVOLTING FRIES AND EVERY TIME I COME HERE THE FRIES ARE... NEVER HOT EVER. ITS ALWAYS BAD. Burgers and other food items are okay in quality. Read more
