I called to check on my order and spoke to a guy who claims to be the manager , JAVI! He told me my order was out for delivery... and couldn?t tell me an ETA and just hung up on me without asking for my name or anything then when I called back again he saidthanks for holding and my order is out for delivery and called back again and spoke to another ?manager? who confirmed my orderwasn?t even out for delivery so they?re just at that location lying yo customers ! I am so disappointed that no one from this store returned my message regarding an extremely late delivery. I order lunch from... this location online frequently and have never waited an hour for delivery before. I am astonished that the store didn't evenbother to contact me and let me know that it would be late. I could have picked up my lunch on time and not missed my wholelunch hour waiting for delivery. Excellent customer service. Were super friendly when I went in. Had a mix up and got the wrong sandwich, no big deal it happens.... Called them and they apologized, offered me a credit or a new sandwich. When I went to grab the new sandwich they were awesomeand made sure everything was good. Will definitely return! Read more
Online shows they are open till 6 so I called to place an order and they didnt answer the first time. ( figured they may be... busy) so I called back and no answer I tried one last time and a man answered by saying, "why are you blowing up our phone? weare obviously closed." To then I responded, I'm sorry I didn't know, online shows till 6pm and he said obviously not but he wasso so so so rude. I told him there was no reason to talk that way and he did not have any respect and didnt care how he wastalking or what he had to say. I was more shocked and asked if he was the manager there (God I hope not..) and then he hung upon me. Wow. Great customer service.. for businesses saying how hard it is now a days with covid, doesn't seem like they reallyeven care. I'll take my business else where. I am in food industry and would just answer and say sorry we closed early today endof story. I guess they decided to close at 230 maybe for new years but dont have to raise your voice when I tried beingrespectful and apologized for calling while your closed. Disgusting and down right rude. I placed my order at 1:19. It did not arrive until 2:15. Almost one hour! I've ordered large deep dish pizzas on a Friday night... that arrived sooner than that! So much for freaky fast! I had a lot to do today, which is why I ordered from Jimmy John's so Icould get my lunch quickly and get on with my day. Had they at least contacted me to let me know that there would be such a longdelay, then I could have gotten some of my errands done in the meantime instead of waiting around for almost an hour! Theprimary reason why I ever order from Jimmy John's is for the "freaky fast" delivery. If you can't even guarantee that, then I'mbetter off going through a drive-thru. Read more
Freaky Fast maybe but no service!! I got my delivery at 7:05pm tonight. Moments later I realized I got all my sandwiches bit... none of the chips I ordered. I immediately called and the phone rang and rang 15-20 times till it disconnected. Then I checkedthe number, there was a different one online so I called that one, same result. They don't close till 8 pm so this is wellbefore . I tried both numbers several times for 30 minutes. They NEVER ANSWERED. Extremely disappointed and frustrating. Read more
I have been ordering there on a consistent basis and this staff is incredible. My order is always correct the delivery is fast... and it tastes fresh. I've been to a number of different locations but this one stands out for sure. Very impressed by how wellthe sandwiches are put together and how efficient that store seems to be run. Worst place! Took 1.5 hrs on delivery. Called was on hold for over 10minutes with some poor excuse on driver issues. This... location in general is never reliable, but if I want delivery I have to wait on them. The could have at least given a freecookie or something. If your short staffed don't take orders. I'd give it a zero start. Read more
