The last three times I've been here were bad because I didn't get what I order and paid for. But last time was terrible because... the person that was taking the orders in the drive-through yeld at my nephew because he wanted to confirm that we are going toget what we asked for. We end up getting croissants without egg and her answer when we asked for a pumpkin late was: "we are inAugust" in a super rude tone. Good food but the service is one of the worst I have ever experienced, the people taking ordershere should be at a warehouse and not talking to customers. Read more
Mediocrity at it's best. Several staffers are disinterested and hot food isn't really hot. The cons are centered on their... too-short drive thru in the middle of a parking lot and the fact that on any iced beverage, they'll fill to the top with ice.Super glad I paid $4 for what seemed like half a cup of matcha. DO NOT go to this dunkin in the morning. It used to be my favorite Dunkin, but it seems the team is a different one and now... there is always some problem. They get my order wrong and I go almost every morning and order the same thing. They once gave mea sandwich that was still half frozen. Every time that I have come and placed an order at this Dunkin it is been a hassle I placed my order and then I come up to the... window and pay each time that I have gone. They then proceeded to walk away and talk and come back and have forgotten what togive me, the best example is today I ordered a iced tea hibiscus flavor. They had me a hot tea and proceeded to tell me theydon?t have that after I had ordered it in the drive-through.
