I used to work at Baskin-Robbins in Oakbrook Terrace. The customer service at this location is absolutely over-the-top amazing... however they never have any of the choices that I want or any of the stuff that they advertise. They never have your mocha icecream and they never have anything that I want to ask for I don?t understand is a manager not properly ordering the products?This place will go down only because supply and demand is not meeting the customer service needs Read more
My standards are never really high with fast food but this Dunkin location has to be the worst. I think it might be a... competitive game they play, see who can screw up the customers orders the most. Or maybe they just have a colorblind personpicking out the donuts. I had ordered a cake from Baskin. It was an online order and had called to make sure they were able to complete my order. The... day i picked up it looked really pretty. BUT when we cut into in there was no cake!! They just frosted a round brick of icecream! I had called and they said they tried to reach me but i didn't answer. I mentioned a voice-mail would have been nice orsimply tell me when I picked up the cake. What a rip off paying over $30 just for a brick of ice cream...i would have beenbetter off just buying a gallon of ice cream. Read more
