Horrific. Literally 20 people waiting for their orders when we entered the restaurant. Nobody eating, everyone just waiting. ... The two women working behind the counter seem like they?ve had zero training, they clearly have no clue what they are doing.There is a long row of finished, uncovered to-go containers, filled with cooling-down food, waiting for these two to pack anddistribute it to waiting customers. I shouldn?t be surprised, because when I called ahead to place my carry out order, thefirst time it just rang and rang and eventually disconnected. The second time, after many rings, one of these two women answered? and this is how she answered the phone at her place of business: (long pause, then tentatively) ??Hi??? No joke. We eventuallyestablished that this was indeed an employee and that she was going to take my order. When I told her we wanted a regular sizedmac & cheese, without the shredded cheese on top, she said, ?so you just want noodles? No cheese?? ??????????? I amdumbfounded. I?ve never been terribly impressed with the service at this location, but this really takes the cake. Will nevercome here again. Read more
There isn't too much to say about these corporate franchises. I love some noodles and Noodles and company serves the purpose of... wanting some quick noodles with good flavor. There are better companies out there but you will usually get a solid experiencehere. As far as this location goes, they were quick and tastey. I wouldn't want anything different when I am craving somethingthat isn't typical American grub. Read more
I never liked macaroni and cheese until I had it at Noodles and Company. Tasty on the day of and left over! The BBQ Pork Mac is... my personal fave. I also love that you can take any noodle dish and change up the noodles and protein. On my last visit, I hadthe Japanese Pan Noodles but with zucchini noodles and shrimp. Delicious! Waited 45 min for our food when ordered to eat in. It seemed like they prioritized all the pick up orders over our in house... order. Totally understaffed for the volume of orders. The food was good, but eating noodles in your car so you can getsomewhere else on time due to such a long wait is insane and definitely not a good customer experience This experience made meand my entire family hangry and ruined what we had planned to be a fun night. I'm still mad. I wish I would have stoppedanywhere else to eat than here. Read more
