Smash burger is amazing. Just stay away from this location in Glendale, CO. MY wife and I went last night. We ordered 2 burgers,... fries and chicken strips. ( I was told they didn?t have hot sauce as a side) the burgers were placed on the counter prettyquickly with the fries. Than 16 minutes after the first time we looked at the time we got our whole meal. We walked outside andtook a bite of the chicken strips. Oil was everywhere, like they took the chicken and dumped it into a vat of oil,the stripswere not edible and I had to spit mine out. Than tried the fries while waiting for our new chicken sandwich in place of thestrips. The fries were soggy, cold and could have grown straight out of the rosemary bush. I could go on about how every otherperson( yes every order we saw them hand out was not correct) but I will just end with this place desperately needs newmanagement. I would love to have a smash burger in walking distance. But I will never go back to this location until I see the ?under new management? sign. Read more

This specific store sucks. You place an order then they take 15 min to cancel it, and by then its almost 9:30 and other... restaurants are closing. They have done this twice to me, and its the last time. If you close at 9:30, you close at 9:30. Not 9,not 9:05. 9:30! And after reading the other reviews, this store is just managed poorly. Went to Smash Burger ???? b/c I felt like having a good cheeseburger. We placed our order I got a cheeseburger with NO onions &... NO pickles, fries & coke. My boyfriend got the bacon double cheeseburger, fries & coke. I ordered it to go and double checked mybag to make sure everything was correct before leaving. When we got home I was excited to have a burger ???? and I opened it uptook a huge bite. When I looked @ the burger ???? it was red inside totally uncooked. WHY? My boyfriends whole order was correctand the burgers were done no pink or red beef inside. Needless to say I spit out the burger ???? in the garbage and my dog gotthe rest. Absolutely a waste of money ????. I just couldn't understand how my boyfriend's double bacon cheeseburger was done andmy single cheeseburger was so undercooked it was Mooing ???????????????? I will start off by saying I absolutely adore Smashburger. However this is the worst dining experience that me and my friend... have had due to the simple fact that the manager after us waiting 30 minutes delivered 2 cold Burgers and one with a bite out ofit as soon as she put it down i was up and walking it to the register she then asked me what was the matter with the burgerbecause I had already taken a bite out of it. I informed her that the bite was already taken out of the burger and the burgerand fries were absolutely cold she tried to debate it with me. 30 minutes no lunch no milkshakes but I did get a refund.Management for this facility and whoever trained these staff should never be a manager again. The manager also repeatedly wasslamming the outdoor patio metal frame door every. single. time. she came in and out of the exterior patio and when I mentionedthat to her and how it was affecting everybody who had chosen to eat on the outdoor patio she gave an excuse that the door slamsand that's just how it works. My simple response was that of common sense, if the door makes a whole lot of noise when you letit go maybe don't just let it go. Maybe close the door like a human being because you have hands and there's people who aresitting directly next to that loud door. Holy s. Tired of these fake reviews. Went here. Waited for food, waited some more. $20 for a burger, side, and a soda. Woman who... kept slamming outside door drops off a burger with a bite taken out of it!!?? Felt like I had taken some shrooms. What ahorrible place. Horrible staff. Horrible experience. Have eaten here twice. The first time was pickup. The staff was super friendly and the store itself was clean. The second time I... used 3rd party delivery. I think that was the first time my order was correct and still hot from using the delivery app itself.Fantastic experiences both times. Whoever runs this location is doing it right! Read more
