Had a terrible experience Tuesday night. Came in and there was about four employees around the register talking. Not one greeted... me or talked to me to welcome me in. I order on the kiosks and get my food just to come home and find that an ingredient listedon the title is not even on the sandwich. On top of that I ordered a drink and had to wait around to receive it. Every time I goto this location they have their drive through turned off stating that they?re closed even when they?re not. We ordered 2 Turkey Bravo sandwiches. They substituted the bread and instead of turkey used chicken. I understand that they may... be out of certain items, but they should tell their customers about substitutions. I despise chicken and didn?t end up eating mysandwich. This is a great location, but WOW Panera! Your sip club went up 25% and a large coffee is now almost $4! Your coffee is good... but not that good. I think this will be my last hazelnut coffee. It's been a great ride! Read more
