Went to pick up an online order we had paid for before closing time and we were locked out. We just stood there in the cold... while two workers gave us dirty looks, even while my partner was knocking on the window because we could literally see our paidfor food sitting there. Finally we are let in and asked a series of confusing questions. When my partner asked for our onlineorder one girl who was obviously working and going to the kitchen and behind the counter said she couldn?t help because shedidn?t work there. The GM of this restaurant refused to refund me on an order I canceled within a minute of placement even though HE CONFIRMED no... food was wasted on my order. This was awful customer service, not on uber eats part, but specifically on the part of this GM whorefused to answer me or uber eats when we tried to confirm that no food was wasted. FU! I've called a number of times to check on the store hours. No one picks up the phone. The reason I now have to call is because...
