I get the same drink every time and for some reason my venti comes out grande size depending on the employee making it. And when... I ask for it to be made correctly they try to explain that the foam goes down, well if that?s the case I?d like my drink made tofill the cup, and then I am asked what additional ingredients I want. Look - I come to starbucks to have my drink made for me asselected because you?re a franchise (meaning your drinks are made the same everywhere unless substituted).
