Glad we found this place. Came in hungry after a trip to the zoo and got delicious food. They even accommodated a picky kid with... a custom pizza. Definitely coming back when we're in the area. Read more

Everything tasted great! Service was quick, however, they need to regularly clean the tables for seating and provide napkins!

I'm just a white kid with a long-standing love of Armenian food, so take that for what you will, but this place is amazing. I... just had a spinach borek and zahtar maneish, but they were both great. Really solid pastry, leagues better than what I normallyget at a spot like this, and the spinach in particular was really flavorful and balanced. Service was awesome! The one personworking was super nice, took my order while they were working on some other people's food, and seemed to know basically everyoneelse in there. All around good vibes and good food. Thankfully (sorry Persians!) they do not insist onusing ranch dressing and ketchup on their pies, Sipan instead passes out a healthy amount of their homemade spicy chipotlesauce. This creamy, nutty sauce is the ultimate LA fusion and surprisingly addictive. It definitely lived up to its praise andwas used to the last drop on the large chicken shawarma pizza ($15.55). Read more
