Bien dissapointment. Dirty and disorganized. I gave it 2 stars because 2 of the 3 dishes were very good and the third one was... okay. The place was dirty, three previously used tables were never cleaned (see pictures). A customer mentioned that and thestaff gave them attitude saying, "well I'm the only one cleaning today!" She was very rude. Bad management! Also the floor wasdirty. Now the food, it was pretty good: the burrada and tomates, and the chicken paliar really good. The salmon salad nicoisewas dry. It was frustrating and sad that we couldn't enjoy such good food in a dirty local with bad service. Update: this placeis a mess, this time we ate inside and they have to tell patrons that not all the food in the menu is available. No cooksavailable that day (a Saturday!). Normally restaurants at Nordstrom stores are a combination of good food and a beautiful environment. Unfortunately, this... location is severely lacking the latter. We sat outside on the deck and I was shocked how bare it was and the floor was stained.There wasn’t one plant or even hanging lights. Zero decoration. Bar Verde is a hidden gem at the americana at brand. It’s all the way at the top of the Nordstrom’s. You might wonder if a... restaurant is any good if it’s located at the top of a Nordstrom‘s. I was skeptical at first as well, but after giving it ashot, I have to say it’s one of the top three restaurants at the americana. Their menu is very dynamic and always changesaccording to the season and adding any chef specialties.
