Expensive frozen food, of all the places I have gone to that were halal this is the only disappointment I've ever had. My wife... bit into a frozen kibbeh, my suspicion is that it's all frozen food except for the chicken shawarma. Expensive and not worth it. Read more

Horrible. Pita bread was dry. No condiments in the shawarma. Thin as thin can be. The fries were decent and the bottle of water... was as expected. Don't bother going there. Read more
The quality was good. However, First, they don't have Beef at all which is the first choice for Middle Eastern people, specially... if they're looking for Halal food, but that's half of the menu as you see in this picture. Instead, they have Gyros which is notin the menu, and they still haven't change the menu after months. Then, the prices are not reasonable. The Chicken Big Mama'splate is tagged at $18, and the Beef Big Mama's plate is $20. To try both, I asked to put half beef half chicken, but becausethey didn't have Beef, the guy suggested to substitute Beef with Gyros, which is usually cheaper, and I said fine. However, thetotal came up $24 something, $27 with tax, so I asked for the reason, and he said because the Gyros is more expensive (like $4-5more in half plate?), and again I said fine. I got 1 Sandwich box, and was waiting for more, based on the pictures and the $27price, at least a big fat middle eastern style 2 person plate (something like NY city shawarma trucks), but when I asked ifthat's all, he said yes, everything is in there. Then when I opened the box at home, it was only a little bit of fries, pickle,and salad, and 2 tiny Chicken and Gyros wrapped in Lavash bread, with empty ends, looked like only meat, no yogurt (tsitsaki)parsley cilantro onion and other stuff, cut in small pieces, barely enough for 1 person only. I give 2 star for the quality, thetaste, of the meats. I also noticed the TV was going into screen saver, and notified the guy. 9-15-21 ? ? ? ? ? Awesome shawarma ! I got the chicken plate (with French fries, salad and some pickled veggies) - $18. I... will agree with a reviewer below, it?s a Soul food! Really tasty and fresh, decent size portion. I was full after had eaten justthe half, but it was so good that I could not resist and ate it all. The service was prompt. They were really nice, friendly,responsive and attentive to my needs. Definitely coming back ! I wish you prosperity and good luck. God bless ! Read more

05/27/2021 thought I?d give this truck a try, always trying to support local street vendors and I know a truck operation is an... expensive one so this isn?t a pricing complaint. I walk up to no line at all except an online delivery guy picking up, he leavesso now it?s my turn to order so I order a chicken shawarma , I see the chicken on the spit ready to be shaved but it never wasbut I?m like... ok maybe he has some pre-shaved in a dish out of my view... hmm but whatever... it could be just that. He thengoes on to assemble other orders (online I?m assuming since I?m the only one there) ok... I?m sure he knows what he?s doing, 10minutes pass, no delivery drivers showing up and I still see no start of my order then he disappeared behind a blacked outwindow and bam, my order is ready. For a shawarma it was dry and I suspect it was an order someone didn?t pick up hours ago andto be honest ... I?ve been in the bathroom 3 times in one hour. Authentic Syrian Shawarma! The bread is thin, as it should be & the garlic sauce is just the right amount of strong. The... shawarma includes fries (within), chicken, pickles, and garlic sauce as that is purist way to a good shawarma. If you?re lookingfor more toppings, let them know!
