Huge hispanic guy INCREDIBLY rude upon entrance just wanted to know i super politely approx how many min till this order is... ready and he called me BRO and whined What kind of answer do you want from me and laughed in my face and walked away.Disrespectful definitely not work environment friendly. Now hes making jokes with all employeed in the back and i can hesr him.What has happened to BASIC service? Don?t bother ordering anything from them on GrubHub - this place literally gets the order wrong every single time. Either you... get the wrong drink or you?re missing one of the sides, it doesn?t matter, it?s always wrong. Do you like the dipping sauces?Well, those won?t get delivered either. I went to many KFC, and noticed the different customer service, but this one was Really different. Their Employee named "Jacob"... was beyond in his customer service. I ordered and went to the window and the food was ready. Jacob was at the window, and hissmile and greeting while talking to me was outstanding. I really admired the way he was talking to everyone, including me. If Iwas in the management level of KFC, I would definitely reward "Jacob"..... Thank you so much Jacob for your Amazing work.... Who doesn't love KFC , I've been coming here since I can remember. This is the spot when. You want some good fried... chicken. They always come out with great new items. My all time favorite is the Famous Bowl. I've been hooked ever since. It1st came out. Today I tried a new favorite. The Mac &cheese bowl. It super good very 420 friendly lol.
