This is probably one of the worst dining experiences I have had in a while. I came in with my two daughters (3&12). The woman... took our name and said 20 mins. After 35 minutes I went to check the wait time and she said that we weren?t on the list. I toldher I had been there for a while waiting in the sun with my kids. She said well we don?t have your name and we don?t have anytables with a rude attitude and said NEXT. I asked for a manager and she tried to ignore me and I said how is this my fault callthe manager. She goes to the manager and in Spanish tells the manager I claim I have been waiting but she has never seen me andI didn?t put my name down. Unfortunately for her, I speak Spanish and she kept talking disrespectfully. The manager agreed therewere no tables and my name had never been recorded. If I hadn?t made a big deal they would?ve sent me and my two little girlsaway. Stay away from this disorganized poor establishment. First and last time here. Read more
Maybe it was an off night but my experience could have been a lot better. The restaurant had equipment failure so the staff had... to make do with what they had. Luckily, I received what I ordered but it took a long time. Not sure if this IHOP is franchisedowned but the owner/manager left their staff high and dry. This established is 24/7 yet I was wondering why no repairman wascalled to fix the kitchen equipment. This IHOP needs to do better and fast. Read more
Service was good, but the food was just OK. The menu seems much shorter than it used to be. There is usually a long line here,... which moved relatively quickly. My crepe was very average. Same with their burgers. Their traditional pancake was quite good,I would stick to that. Read more
The portions have gotten smaller over the years, but my chicken strips and waffles were perfectly prepared and delicious. The... waitstaff were charming and solicitous. There was a minor misunderstanding with our order, which they promptly and efficientlycorrected. All in all it was a quite good dining experience. Read more
It?s clean, and parking is plentiful, but that?s where it stopped for me. The prices to eat cheap trash have gotten... astronomically ridiculous, including charging $4 (four-dollars?) for a Diet Pepsi. 2-scrambled eggs, 2 paper-thin slices ofbacon and two pancakes with blueberries, and my bill was $24.81 with tip. Nearly twenty-five dollars for that!? I will not bereturning. I waited longer than I should?ve to be greeted, and sat with an empty glass for a significant amount of time, aswell. The restaurant was nearly completely empty, and I can see why. I can not justify $25 for one small breakfast, and neithercan they. For $25, I will head to a lovely cafe, with much, much better food, wildly better service, and nicer atmosphere. Read more
The place was amazing, there was a specific waitress that we had to take our orders to her name was Anna. She is pretty sweet.... The food was terrific! Overall it was good. It surprised me to know that for a building that looks so small, is so big on theinside. Read more
The new late night menu has much to be desired. The burger I ordered was so thin the lettuce leaf was thicker than the patty, I... probably could see through it if I held it up to the light. $4.00 for a soda is kind of steep. The quality of their productshave really gone down. I should have gone to McDonalds, I would have gotten a better meal for less than half the price.
