Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Ordered curbside delivery and their computer systems did not work and neither did... their phones is what they said. Waited over 30 minutes outside came in and waited another 15 minutes. Due to the long wait, myson had to use the restroom and the manager Juan Sanchez couldn?t care less and told us to ?buzz off?. Very unorganized staff. I noticed one staff member overwhelmed while the others didn't seem to know what they were doing. They... need a manager or maybe the store owner present to make sure things get handled correctly. I ordered online and upon arriving Iwas handed my order by the a female staffer. She had the receipt in her hand and handed me my boxes and bag with my salad. IASSUMED since she had my receipt in her hand and she looked at it that my order was correct. I should not have assumed and ISHOULD HAVE double checked. Upon getting home I realised MY WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG. All wrong except my Salad. I couldn't believeit. She checked my receipt and still got all 3 other items wrong. The pizza was wrong..and instead of the 2 orders of chickenwings, I was given bread. How can you mix chicken and bread up??? I drove back to the store and the one staffer that seemed tobe doing all the work immediately gave me my correct order. I wanted a refund but didn't ask for it and instead just took myitems and left. Tge chicken wings were NOT good. Definitely not worth the $40 I paid. One star for the Pizza that was OK. Read more
I would give this specific Domino?s location 10 stars if I could. The pizza is always hot, fresh, delicious, and timely. The... service is stellar, and they are genuinely kind, courteous, and efficient. This was the first time we picked up the pizza. So,it was nice to see them in action. Typically, we get our pizza delivered from this location on holidays, so it was a nice changeof pace. Thank you guys! You?re fantastic! Read more
