They?ve gotten so much worse the past few months. They won?t even give you enough rice to cover the bottom of the bowl. The lady... who gave me guacamole literally gave me two tablespoons. If I?m paying extra for guac, I?d like more than the two crustytablespoons of guac. Not coming back to this crusty old place that doesn?t even give you half a regular serving. They?re alsoconstantly out of food, and this past time they were out of white rice. Read more
Was honestly disappointed. Always drive by here and see this location. Had been wanting to try it for a while. Finally had a... chance and hard rice????. Service was normal. Was surprised with amount of people ordering thought rice would be fresh. Locationis good, parking available. Handicap accessible. Read more
This is a Glendale Chipotle, it's located a couple streets over from the mall and therefore the parking situation is much easier... than the other Glendale Chipotle which is, of course, closer to the mall and therefore harder to park near. One funcharacteristic of this Chipotle is that there is always, always, always some member of the unhoused community acting out, notsure what is about this location because it happens nowhere else in Glendale. I work nearby and this place has really taken dive in the last 6 months. Its like they cut staff, and the staff they have seem... to be absent of any sort of urgency--especially with something as simple as "opening for lunch". They have plenty of time toprepare for a "rush" of mayyybe 50-70 customers over two hours. The consistently do not do it. The rice and meat was clammy anddry, the "mild salsa" was scooped through watery broth at the bottom of an empty tray, and they employees were talking andjoking with the cooks the last time I was there. This seems to be one of the better run Chipotles that I've been to. Service was quick and friendly and quality of food was good.... Crazy expensive though - I think that is more a testament to the current economy and the Chipotle business model. Unlike manyfood distribution, production and manufacturing companies that are balancing higher charges with less food, Chipotle is kind ofstuck serving the same quantity they always have. Even Chik fil A and In N Out, two of my favorite businesses have reduced thesize if their burgers/sandwiches. This particular store has ample parking. Store front was neat and tidy and the store itselfwas clean and well stocked with utensils and condiments. We will come back to this location when Chiptole is our choice ofmeals. Read more
visited this location. this is already 3rd time - every time I go there ? they are missing some kind of ingredient ? either... they don?t have the meat ready ? or they don?t have fajitas ? or brown rice ? granted it?s way after lunch hour, yet they don?thave the ingredients. On top of it ? they are so rude! The dude that was helping me was so rude ? in a nasty tone said NO WEDONT HAVE FAJITAS! When I asked if they have in the online order section ? the so called manager Emily came out and again in arude tone said that they don?t have it there either though I could see fajitas there! Bottom line ? avoid this location - and infact their food gets disgusting day by day - rubbery chicken ? and taste is not the same - stop buying so they go out ofbusiness ? Just worked out and went here for a healthy meal. Get the bowl and the tortilla on the side. Inexpensive and Great way to get... your protein and veggies in for the day. Best part is this one has great parking for this place and dollar tree. Read more
