I love going to this Capital One Cafe. Not only is it in the heart of Glendale, but it is also a great place do get my banking... done while enjoying Peets coffee on the side. BJ, is the nicest employee I have met at Capital One. She helps with any quetionsyou may have. She always greets me so kindly whenever I see her, and she truly makes my experience welcoming. Great cafe to have it in heart of Glendale, Great lobby with sitting area, free Wi-Fi, free checking account, free mobile... deposit, most importantly friendly, caring, professional and knowledge local staff. Christian Smith is a great example, But nothappy with the remote customer service bunch of kids that are not aware of human behavior. Would recommend it as a cafe yes butbanking... not sure!
