One of BR?s best ice cream parlor and location in Northern Glendale. Plenty of area parking with outdoor seating under colorful... canopies! Tried the new Mangonada. I really like it. It is a mixture spicy, sour, and fruity (mango).
Thank you to Harmik and 31 Flavors for making Teresa?s Birthday special. Jamoca almond fudge ice cream with chocolate... cake. This ice cream shop was full with people out the door. The customer service at this location is excellent. They listento their customers and help out. Harmik took his time taking the drawings and sketches that I has to become a cake. Unless you're Armenian, then yes great service. They had people cut us in line, do their orders first and I was waiting for a... long time. By the time I got my order I was already mad that three people got to go ahead. Very disrespectful. I would notrecommend this store. Read more
Nice location. Has a small outdoor seating area along the street. Friendly staff. But, if you drive, the parking situation is... quite a challenge bad there are only a couple of dedicated parking spots in this shopping center. Read more
staff was nice, they just seemed a little disorganized and lacking knowledge. It took 2 people to build a basic banana split.... they took so long that the ice cream was a little melted by the time they were ringing me up at the cash register. When I got tomy destination and opened the bag to take the container out there was a fudgey mess on the inside of the bag and container. Read more
Dont think anyone can say anything bad about the ice cream. This location is in my old neighborhood. We used to go there when I... was a kid and haven't been back in close to 20 years. Tried to order a waffle cone with 3 scoops and "Hanna" (I think she gave me a fake name) had no gloves on and held the cone part... outside of the protective paper basically resting her fingers directly on the cone part that I would be eating. I asked her toput on gloves and she said they dont have any and I said well if you refuse to grab the cone by the paper at the bottom versusputting your bare hand on the top that I wpuld be consuming I dont want it. She said I can put it in a cup. Why is sanitationwith food handling a problem here. I left without anything even though I really wanted it because I refuse to compromise safefood handling for a sweet treat. Corporate clearly needs to more closely monitor their locations. Read more
