Revised, sometime in February, 2022: I am and have tried always to be a simple man, who appreciates the blessing of a good... meal. But nothing -- NOTHING -- could prepare me today for the flavor outburst of Ana's Special: The Killer Enchiladas! Itbegan innocently enough. As I perused the take-out menu, I saw my favorite Enchiladas Verdes again, and without fanfare quietlyplaced an order. But the hostess suggested the enchilada special, and said it was really good. There was an uncommon passion inher voice that brought me up sharp. I paused. So I deferred and ordered the special instead. Indeed, the suspense built as Iwaited for my meal, pray tell someone advise please, what in the world did I just order? WHAT HAVE I DONE? But in time was Iever surprised, wondering if my eyes would pop out at the sight! As my order was revealed, 'twas a meal fit for a King or otherregalian: Proudly arrayed before me were two huge enchiladas PACKED with tender, juicy shrimp, with more shrimp sprinkled ontop. Beans, rice, garnish, avocado, and dressing filled out this fantasy feast, and I could not wait to get started. And it didnot disappoint! Indeed, every bite was an excursion into the highest plateaus of culinary luxury, a place of excellence towhich, as a simple man, I am not accustomed to go nor do I normally seek out. But go I went today this day, and that's for sure!Every bite went down smooth, REALLY smooth, smooth as the silk of a spider's newly spun web. No burps, gasps, or groans, no needto loosen the belt! As someone who knows that he must stand before God one day and probably will not like the results of theadmission process (no one wants to come back as a bug, and believe you me this writer is no exception!), I finished this feastin pleasant surprise, marveling in a curious kind of disbelief what I had done to deserve such a reward this day. When they sell you milk with cinnamon at the bottom as “Horchata” it makes you not wanna even eat there. Very disappointed... in getting a tall glass of milk with a pinch of cinnamon. Read more
Good food made with quality. I came here to get my dinner to go. Ordered chicken burrito and an enchilada combo. The food was... quickly made and everything tasted great. They have specials everyday of the week. Overall I was happy with the food and wouldcome back. Read more
