Our server was so slow. We got and ate our appetizers before she took our order. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich which was... just a frozen chicken patty, which did not taste good. My fries were cold. We also got the club sandwich and the toast was sohard and stale we couldn?t even bite through it. There were kids running around the whole restaurant the whole time we werethere. These 5 stars are based only because of our waitress Rose Petal. She was outstanding. Down fall we came on a Friday evening it... was busy but so unorganized. The general manager Christy was on site that made the managers unable to assist their waiters thebest they could. We had asked for Ranch and the response from the managers on-site was ?we are 2 hours behind and we are unableto get that for you at the moment ?. Suggestion fill up condiments and place them on a serving tray in a refrigerator that isaccessible to the waiting staff to avoid disrupting the kitchen staff. We will return hopefully there will be better directionfor customers and employees. Read more
Popular space nice vibe. The waitress Chloe was very nice but because of the crowd the wait for our food was very long but the... hot wings were worth the wait. Ask for extra crispy . The nachos were good but were made too early before the rest of our mealwas ready so not as fresh. There are two pool tables surprisingly with no wait time for $1 per game or six games for $5. Cleansingle occupancy bathrooms that open up right into the restaurant so be careful LOL. TV screens everywhere. Cool place to hangout or meet up. Read more
Last night my friend and I came in after work in hopes to enjoy dinner and a drink. We sat in the bar area and we?re greeted... nicely. We ordered a couple of drinks and also ordered our food. We ordered two of the same meals. We waited for 40 minutesbefore one meal was sat in front of us. It was cold. I watched the wait staff linger around the take out window, while the cookswere making the food. We mentioned that we both ordered meals and were told another ones was coming, but also asked for areheated (or new) meal. The waiter took the meal and 20 minutes later placed another (just one) meal at our table. We were onceagain waiting for BOTH meals. It took another 10-15 minutes before we got both meals. A manager came to talk with us, told usabout their ?Zipps bucks? and gave us each $5 to use the next time we come in. For our terrible service, we each still left withpaying $18 for a meal that took way too long to get. Read more
To be fair, the food here is good. Their wings are delicious. Also, the place has a nice vibe. It's a sports bar and also a... place where families are comfortable. My problem that my bill came with a 20% tip written on it. The audacity of the gesture isdeeply disturbing. Having worked in restaurants before and knowing the importance of tips to income, I always tip well unlessthe service is egregiously bad. Here, I still tipped well because the manager was gracious and apologetic, but this situationhas left me deeply disappointed. My friends love the place, which makes me sad, as well, because I won't willingly eat thereagain, potentially losing the pleasure of their company on occasions they choose, if they choose, to return there. Good service and friendly atmosphere. I try to eat here once a week and usually enjoy the many sports offerings on their... multitude of screens however my favorite is Chive TV as it never disappoints to entertain. Usually have a couple slices of pizzaor indulge in appetizers, chicken skewers, beer cheese pretzels or nachos and a brew. The wait staff usually know what we order.Often enjoy finishing with a chocolate chip cooky with ice cream on top. Read more
Food is sooo good! Everything is good. Love the zipparitas!!! Sad there is a limit. The wings are good, love the golden medium... sauce. Chicken Focaccia sandwich delicious!!! Also love the onion rings. Wasn't a huge fan of the cheese sticks. They aren't badjust different. Read more
Been here a few times. Zipparitas good? add Chambord even better. ?? Buffalo wings are fantastic, ranch too. Husband?s burgers... always over cooked. ???? Very full and crowded with sports enthusiasts. Fun times. Bathroom was clean each time. Wait staff busyand still taking care of us. Will go back. Read more
