Our server was so slow. We got and ate our appetizers before she took our order. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich which was... just a frozen chicken patty, which did not taste good. My fries were cold. We also got the club sandwich and the toast was sohard and stale we couldn?t even bite through it. There were kids running around the whole restaurant the whole time we werethere. These 5 stars are based only because of our waitress Rose Petal. She was outstanding. Down fall we came on a Friday evening it... was busy but so unorganized. The general manager Christy was on site that made the managers unable to assist their waiters thebest they could. We had asked for Ranch and the response from the managers on-site was ?we are 2 hours behind and we are unableto get that for you at the moment ?. Suggestion fill up condiments and place them on a serving tray in a refrigerator that isaccessible to the waiting staff to avoid disrupting the kitchen staff. Popular space nice vibe. The waitress Chloe was very nice but because of the crowd the wait for our food was very long but the... hot wings were worth the wait. Ask for extra crispy . The nachos were good but were made too early before the rest of our mealwas ready so not as fresh. There are two pool tables surprisingly with no wait time for $1 per game or six games for $5. Last night my friend and I came in after work in hopes to enjoy dinner and a drink. We sat in the bar area and we?re greeted... nicely. We ordered a couple of drinks and also ordered our food. We ordered two of the same meals. We waited for 40 minutesbefore one meal was sat in front of us. It was cold. I watched the wait staff linger around the take out window, while the cookswere making the food. We mentioned that we both ordered meals and were told another ones was coming, but also asked for areheated (or new) meal. The waiter took the meal and 20 minutes later placed another (just one) meal at our table. We were onceagain waiting for BOTH meals. It took another 10-15 minutes before we got both meals. A manager came to talk with us, told usabout their ?Zipps bucks? and gave us each $5 to use the next time we come in.
