Takes forever to get your food but when it comes oh my god is it good !
Ordered my wings and eight piece and is six piece sat there for 30 minutes while I listened to the employees talk about who they... were getting their F on with. Funny thing is I was the only one in their establishment don't think I should have waited thatlong or what do I know make your own opinion. The last three times I've picked up a delivery order from this location, I've had to wait 20 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup... time. Employees look at their phone while you sit there waiting. There's no sense of urgency & that gets really annoying whenyou've been waiting for 15 minutes for an order that was put in ahead of time. They're rude & don't care about the people whopay for delivery. They're paying customers too! If you want your food quickly, I'd avoid this place, or pay a delivery serviceto go for you so you don't have to deal with it. Read more
Maria lacks in basic customer service skills and tact. Her attitude amongst her incompetence makes it an easy choice to eat... chicken wings elsewhere . This place is beyond slow and needs training obviously. There was more than enough people in thekitchen to be able to handle online orders and dine in. I placed a walk in order today for 15 boneless chicken wings. I was told it would take 5 to 10 minutes so I left the store and... came back, then I was told again that it would still take another 5 to 10 minutes for my wings to be ready. I wasn?t reallyirritated at this time I get it. However I get home and I have 15 bone in wings that I can?t eat or my husband can?t eat becausehe has no teeth lol. Went in for a nice lunch by myself today. They had extremely foul mouthed rap BLASTING to the point I was uncomfortable. I went... to my car to get headphones and listen to my own music while I ate. I could still hear their music over mine. I bring my familyhere and if my child was with me I would have said something. The f word should not be the most common word used in restaurantmusic! They are busy but friendly. Took a while for order but told me about it ahead of time. Area was clean and the food was made... fresh?fully staffed and lots of 2go Orders? Have a variety of options! Read more
