I just picked up my order and they got it all wrong. It was just now under the name CINDY. It?s Nov 4 2022 I got two combos one... was all mango habanero and the other garlic Parmesan and half Buffalo. You guys got it all wrong . Wings are cold after a 45minute wait . You gave us half mango habanero and half Buffalo, and the other was half Buffalo and half mango habanero as well.All completely wrong and I am pregnant so I?m sure you can imagine my disappointment. I have been very fond of this Wingstop for years. But they've gone downhill since then. Last time I went I got ice cold wings... and undercooked, brown disgusting fries. Worst experience I've ever had ordering anything. I want to give this spot 5 stars, Ido, but I simply can't in good faith. Not after the experience I had. Don't come here. Not until it gets better. Called to place an order at 7:56 they said the order will be ready in 35 to 40 minutes i get there at 8:30 at the doors are... locked close with a paper sign saying closed at 9 sorry The workers all behind the cash register saying closed at 9 ?. Its 8:30a guy by the name of jojo finally comes to the door and says were closed at 9 i tell him its 8:30 and am here for my pick up ican see at least 8 to go orders and he said if i wanted my order i would of had to pick it up before 8? How would i have donethat if i ordered it 4 minutes before . With no answer to my explanation as careless as could be. U should have picked it upbefore 8. I wish they would update their business hours so people don?t waste their time.. Apparently employee said that they are open... from 12pm - 9pm now because they don?t have a general manager? Don?t know how long these hours will stay in place or if this isthe only location.. Call to make sure they?re open before placing orders! Read more
The company needs to fix the online ordering system because it doesn't allow you to pay with your debit card no more! And that... really sucks when your trying to just go pick it up, it only let's you pay with a gift card and I can't find them in storesbesides theirs. They also need to fix their phones because the last two time the only way I can order is when I go inside. Theirtoo busy to pick up the phone when I went to place my order I called like ten times before walking in and nobody was on thephone, it wasn't even ringing but it had a busy signal when I tried calling?!
