Let's get this straight. If this restaurant has a drive thru window but has 3 to 4 customers waiting for food after the window,... Don't provide a window. Fast food means fast. Not at YOUR leisure. Just close your doors. Read more

Just ordered a meal from here, everything was good, quick and responsive service-- got to the window, waited 13 minutes at the... window and no one acknowledged me whatsoever. I could see the lady working the register, maybe there was an issue with it? Butall she needed to do was say "give me just a minute" or "I'll be right with you". After 15 mins just sitting there waiting forsomeone to open the window I just left. Very disappointed in the service tonight. Won't be back. Read more

This place is fantastic, and they always have great service. I?ve been in here a few times and it?s always busy and even when... they are short staffed I always receive great customer service. Lemonia, one of the supervisors, has been great and always apleasure. My go to is the jalapeño and cheese and it?s great, they always get it right! Read more

Not very good. Had a Whataburger number one and a strawberry shake. Shake was good like always. Nice and THICK!!! On other hand... , burger not so good. To much mustard tomatoes lettuce . Not enough onions are pickles. Read more

Whataburger has always been reliable with good food. Until you order something on the menu that they must not sell allot of.... Ordered an apple pie with my dinner. A usually mild wait now takes over 20-minutes. To cook an apple pie!?!?! But one of thebest parts was requesting spicy ketchup and getting none. No napkins either. And the kicker was grabbing a couple fries to eatand having a long blond hair attached to them. Gross ???? !!! Took the whole order back since I'm not taking any chances. Got afull refund. The shift manager was non apologetic and more concerned with going home. Now that she has to take care of adisgruntled customer. That's ok because there are plenty of other burger joints in Phoenix that will get my business. NotWhataburger!!! Read more

Let?s see if it takes less time through the very busy Chick Fil A drive thru (pictured) compared to the 20 minutes of wasted... time Whataburger caused me. After checking in on the app, I waited at the Whataburger curbside pickup space for 10 minutesbefore I tried calling the restaurant. No answer. At 15 minutes, I called customer service for a refund since I was at thispoint very irritated and so over eating Whataburger, so that took another 5 minutes. The whole time I was waiting, I saw anemployee running orders out to drive thru people, so it shouldn?t have been hard to notice a car clearly waiting for curbsidepickup. So it took Chick Fil A 17 minutes with probably 20 cars ahead of me. Whataburger, if you don?t want to serve curbside,don?t offer it. ??????????? Read more

That late shift manager is something special. It's hard to find employees with the customer service skills she has. This... location feels like it's headed the right direction. Thank you 3 am manager. I appreciate you! Treat her good whataburger. Iforgot to mention they were very busy but very fast 6 cars in the drive thru at 2:20am and I the wait wasn't over 10 min. Whataburger is life! I'm from Texas living in Prescott. Made the trip from Prescott to PHX just for Whataburger.
