I waited 10 minutes until someone finally took my order.. when i got my stuff my burger was missing so i saw my burger sitting... in the line ready and the girl that took my order was just seeing one screen and talking with the girl that as in the drivethru? not coming back. A 15-20 minutes meal become like 30-45 minutes with the waiting time and eating.. everyone that was herein line experienced the same inconvenience. Read more
This location is struggling. I live nearby and they always seem to forget something. No sour cream or butter. Wrong frosty... flavor. Workers seem to hate their life here? shouldn?t have to check the entire order and tie up the already long drive thrujust to make sure they did their job correctly. Read more
We had the "biggy bag". It's a cheese burger, 5 chicken nuggets, fries and a drink (which we substituted for a frosty). All... for $5. It's hard to see on the menu, but it is on the menu ????. Just ask for it, if you don't see it. Fantastic meal. Greatstaff, and clean. Read more
Kinda disappointed in this location. I ordered the summer strawberry salad with ranch vs vinegrette. My salad had the entire... core of the bread of lettuce and she tried to tell me they had a Ceasar ranch. Wait, what?!?! No, it was Cesar dressing. Notwhat I wanted. I thought I'd take a quick lunch with my family and stop in for something hot at Wendy's. But it really wasn't quick this time,... but it was piping hot (except the frosty, that was cold ????). Very nice and clean facility, and you could see that theemployees were respectful especially dealing with the seniors in front of us. I will probably be back next time I'm in phoenix. Read more
Friendly service with speedy preparation. Went over suggested menu items as well as sale items! Try something new in their menu... and was happy with the purchase. The ghost ranch sauce is on fire ?????it has a kick to it but I love spicy! I?m committed tothe sauce because of Wendy?s unique creation. The new lemonade choices are sweet and refreshingly yummy ???? I zone out ofArizona once I had a sip of the liquid sugary gold drink of Pineapple ???? Mango ?????food was at an ok temperature. Over the last year or two service here has gone downhill. Many times they are slow even with only a couple cars in the drive... thru, I can deal with that though because they are friendly and nice. But the rudeness we have experienced a few times isn'tacceptable. I get it, its a hard job and not easy dealing with so many people. BUT not everyone they deal with is rude! Lastnight was just the last straw for me. 9:30 at night I wasn't feeling well and tired and my daughter was tired having worked 2jobs that day. We just wanted a couple things, I know my order ahead of time would have been quick, simple , easy and I'm theperson that always says thank you. No one in drive thru, had my window down already as the person came out the back door andthe immediate rudeness complaining because someone just pulled up . Shut the door and was rude on the intercom. I've had it withrudeness if you don't like working there get a job somewhere else. Many places hiring everywhere. I did not order , said nevermind and went elsewhere where they weren't rude. Most of the time if you treat people with kindness, friendliness and respectyou will get the same treatment. I know there are ones that are just rude no matter what you do but that is not everyone. Thank you to the ones that are nice and friendly, keep up the good work. To the ones that are rude and don't like the job find adifferent one. Many places looking for help!! Read more
