I would give more stars because the service has always been friendly and the food is always good but their lobby/dinning room... smells like the sewer backed up so trying to sit down in the dinning room to est is impossible... well if you want to enjoy yourfood anyway. Read more
Cashier was very customer friendly and service was fast. Food mediocre. Too much mayo on broiled chicken sandwich. I order... Asiago Chicken Combo and was given medium sized without being asked what size I wanted. Would have preferred small. Had a couponfor $2 off meal, which I appreciated. Fries and drink were good. For as old as everyone looked working there. You'd think they could get an order right. I was just passing by getting a snack... for my kid after a long day and I ordered chicken nugget. We get home and my kid is waving their mouth. I take a bite and theygave me spicy chicken. Read more
For the 4th time in the past 3 months, I ordered #9 at the drivethru and got home to find something else. I took it back and... got the correct burger, but I noticed that on not one of these occasions did anyone at Wendy's ever apologize, much less offera complimentary drink for my inconvenience. No stars. This is the 3rd time my drive thru order was missing something I paid for in the last 30 days. On this order of... $90.90 they forgot the Single Hamb Ketchup only. I specifically mentioned to the drive thru person at 7:48pm to please doublecheck because it would be difficult for me to get back up there before 8pm. I was back at 8:02pm, knocked on the windowthinking the hamburger might be made they just forgot to put it in my bag, every single employee ignored me. Oh yeah, they didnot have any Chili, Vanilla Frosty's, or Grilled Chicken on this evening either. I will be sure to tell everyone about thishorrible service. Keep in mind I did try to call them 4 times between 8:02pm and 8:10pm. They would answer the phone then hangup. Read more
The manager on duty here at 230pm on 12-04-2022 was incredibly rude to the poor girl in front named emily. A burger came to us... with cheese and when we tried to make it right the manager started to reprimand the girl in the front loud enough for us to hearin the dining room. It wasnt even the cashiers fault! We looked at the receipt and it was clearly done correctly through thesystem. It really is too bad, the food was ok otherwise. Read more
