Been using the service for about 6 months now. I have been very satisfied! I've bounced between the regular weekly menu and the... gluten free menu. Both are really good. I like the the company uses regular coolers and not some disposable stuff that createsmore garbage. Every Monday my cooler shows up in the morning without fail. Most times I remember to put my cooler from last weekout, if not, it's not a huge deal. Just put 2 coolers out the following Monday morning. When eating your food weekly, eat fromthe top of the menu down since that is the order the food is cooked in. I've found that works well since it's fresh food soeating in that method really works. I had one week when a couple of my meals went bad and Bill quickly addressed it and tookcare of it on my next week's bill. It should go without saying but during the summer, make sure someone is around to get yourfood quickly and get it from outside. It's fresh food, it's not frozen or flash dried or whatever. Customer service is great????. Bill is always quick to respond and answer questions. Overall, I'd recommend you try the service whether you are vegan ornot. Read more
Very convenient and impressive vegan food delivery service. I love the idea that they deliver the food in a reusable cooler bag.... The individual containers are amazing and so easy to reheat. We?ve had them for 3 weeks now. I docked one star as we receive 6meals each week per person and usually one to two meals are not pleasant to eat. All other ones are usually delicious though!
