Having recently moved to PHX from LA, I am absolutely astonished at how bad the Mexican food is here VS SoCal. There are pop up... taco tents on every corner in socal that blow anything I?ve found in Phoenix away. Tried the pastor here today and I was verydisappointed. They have a trompo visible, but the pastor in my tacos was either the worst trompo pastor I?ve ever been served orwasn?t actually cut off as I ordered. Greasy, flavorless and no charring. Read more

Pretty good spot. We have tried many taco places and this one seams to be the one we chose every time.

These really are tacos even better then Tijuana?s only because their tortillas are made by hand every time. The guacamole is... perfectly thick and the food is all exactly what we needed. Holly smokes what a spot, we scored and without the T.J trip. Read more

This place is usually really good. I don?t know what happened today. They must?ve ran out of seasonings or fired the usual cook... because everything was bland and over cooked. The rice was clumpy and would?ve made better unsalted rice balls. If you?re makingcarne asada, it should have some flavor. This meat had none whatsoever!! For $72 I expect better tasting food! We threw most ofit away and ordered elsewhere. Read more

Just a solid taco place. The menu is simple and the tacos are deliciously satisfying. Good things are happening here - glad... there?s locations spread out in the valley. Thanks Tacos Tijuana for keeping it simple and authentic ???????? Read more

I didn?t want to go here because it?s the old home of Tocci?s pizza. My son and I finally went and it was so good. I had the... bean, cheese and rice burrito and my so had carne asada tacos. Just over 2 bucks a piece. Service was good. Nothing fancy justgood Mexican food. The menu was not big, but big enough. It?s like ala carte. Nothing extra is added unless you ask. Read more
