I go every week, the food is good & the service is fast & friendly
I placed a complicated order and it was perfect. 3rd time at this location and it has been consistently good.
I order off their app all the time and when I went today for lunch I was told by the manager that any online is refused thru the... drive thru and it has to be picked up inside. What is the point of ordering online if I HAVE to come inside. Never again will Iuse the app or the same Taco Bell. For customers it's the principal. Really cool employees, at least during the two times I've visited.
$6 for 6 tiny sour cream containers that werent even full! My moms tacos had tomatoes on them when aaked for not! The fountain... drinks were all flat! Worse view here! $31 for a horrible experience! Read more
Bad experience this morning. I went through the drive through to order/buy food for my lunch at work later in the day. I was... having an off morning I'm aware. I paid in cash. I thought I had gave her all the money since I had it out and ready. The womanemployee yelled at me! . I was completely shocked. So i just gave her what was left that I forgot since I had a busy morning.She didn't even apologize and conveniently didn't give me a receipt to put a survey in. They need to know Your morning reallysets the mood for the day. That's why good customer service is important. And I did not deserve to be yelled at. Read more
