I go every week, the food is good & the service is fast & friendly
I placed a complicated order and it was perfect. 3rd time at this location and it has been consistently good.
I order off their app all the time and when I went today for lunch I was told by the manager that any online is refused thru the... drive thru and it has to be picked up inside. What is the point of ordering online if I HAVE to come inside. Never again will Iuse the app or the same Taco Bell. For customers it's the principal. Bad experience this morning. I went through the drive through to order/buy food for my lunch at work later in the day. I was... having an off morning I'm aware. I paid in cash. I thought I had gave her all the money since I had it out and ready. The womanemployee yelled at me! . I was completely shocked. So i just gave her what was left that I forgot since I had a busy morning.She didn't even apologize and conveniently didn't give me a receipt to put a survey in.
