Have not been to taco bell in yrs. Tryed ordering craving box online. Could not pay cash so elected to order @ drive thru. Asked... for cravings box & they said they are not available @ this location ??? But ! You can order online ?? Makes no sense ! Food wascold ! Last 2 times I've come here around 11pm and both times my food was just mildly warm. Like they cooked the food with the ambient... temperature of slightly warm room. Threw away my food both times. Read more
Worst taco bell I have ever been to in my life, don't even know what is on their own menu and are rude AF to everyone. Spent 40... min in the drive through with only 3 cars in front of me. I hope they shut this taco bell down soon Read more
Every experience at this location has been nothing but terrible. Today I asked and paid for ground beef on my Chicken Power Bowl... but once I got home, I noticed they failed to do so. So after countless errors on my orders of numerous visits, I finally wentback in an asked for a refund. Rosie the manager was very rude when giving me PART of my refund. After I got my refund, therewas another customer who complained about their food being cold. It?s hard to find good customer service these days. This location has terrible service. I mean horrible; I shall explain why. A few weeks ago, I experienced bad service, I had to... return TWICE from my home, after sitting on our dinner table, as they had missed a few food items to my order. I trusted thefirst trip back, would?ve corrected my order, but I had to return again! In compensation of such experience, I received 7coupons for tacos. So here we are tonight, looking to use our coupons for dinner with my two little girls and wife.. my oldestgirl, had just finished soccer practice and did amazing so we allowed her to request our dinner, she decided on Taco Bell. We gothrough drive-thru, submitted our order, and advised the cashier we had these coupons ahead of time. I present these coupons atthe drive-thru window, and the cashier comes back to tell me I can only use one at a time. I would have to go around thedrive-thru lane SEVEN times to redeem them. I?m already here, I requested to separate the transaction if this was the case. Iwas denied and in fact told that there were other people behind me. I explained, I had also waited in line, in the time it tookfor you to tell me to go around 7 times or deny my request to separate transactions, we could?ve resolved this challengeinstead. I was treated poorly, I became frustrated and disappointed that my family and I had to go through this ordeal onceagain, at same location that I explained to them; the reason I had these coupons to begin with was because of this ?sh!ttyservice, you can cancel my ENTIRE order, and shove the coupons up your a$$e$!!? I am embarrassed that your restaurant made mesuccumb to such words, it?s dinner with my family. I drove off and decided to go to chik-fil-a instead.. which as always, wasreceived with happy friendly service. I will not be going to this Taco Bell for a long time. Zero stars if it were possible. Worst place ever, even for a Taco Bell standards. Lucky for them it?s in the ghetto, so standards are as low as can be. Been... here 3 times and actually gotten served 1 time? 1 time they said the ?systems are down, sorry?? other time the lights were alloff and they just never responded even though there were workers inside and it was well within their open hours. Food was cold, extras were not added, receipt was not added. Ordered delivery because family has covid and they said we had to... go in store. Staff extremely rude, acted like it was our fault order was incorrect cold and disgusting. Order extras that costextra was not added. This location garbage. Talked down to as if the mistakes were our fault and delivery drivers fault. Wouldhave given zero stars if that option was available.
