Have not been to taco bell in yrs. Tryed ordering craving box online. Could not pay cash so elected to order @ drive thru. Asked... for cravings box & they said they are not available @ this location ??? But ! You can order online ?? Makes no sense ! Food wascold ! Last 2 times I've come here around 11pm and both times my food was just mildly warm. Like they cooked the food with the ambient... temperature of slightly warm room. Threw away my food both times. Read more

Every experience at this location has been nothing but terrible. Today I asked and paid for ground beef on my Chicken Power Bowl... but once I got home, I noticed they failed to do so. So after countless errors on my orders of numerous visits, I finally wentback in an asked for a refund. Rosie the manager was very rude when giving me PART of my refund. After I got my refund, therewas another customer who complained about their food being cold. It?s hard to find good customer service these days. Food was cold, extras were not added, receipt was not added. Ordered delivery because family has covid and they said we had to... go in store. Staff extremely rude, acted like it was our fault order was incorrect cold and disgusting. Order extras that costextra was not added. This location garbage. Talked down to as if the mistakes were our fault and delivery drivers fault. Wouldhave given zero stars if that option was available.
