This place is a joke. I will never go back there. I made an order. Left with with half of what I ordered. These guys are clowns.... The manager got very offensive when I talked to him about my concerns. Blamed it on being short staffed. I work in customerservice too. I never make excuses blaming my team. I come up with a resolution and make things right. This guy is an amateur andneeds training. Don?t throw your team under the bus and take responsibility for your team? that?s what a true leader would do.Your company should offer training to who you put in charge. I feel that this aspect is lacking. As a person that runs a companyI know that you never tell your customers your week points. You just deal with it and make things right with the customer theneducate your staff on how to prevent this from happening in the future. I doubt that will be done based on the current managerand his excuses.realize that you run this shop and hold yourself accountable first. I disputed the charge on my. Card becausethe manager was too offensive and wouldn?t work with me on a resolution, he?s not the right person to lead that shop. I?d bemore than happy to talk about this in further detail. I NEVER write reviews!!! This location has gone down hill!! Yesterday we were there and ordered some fish meals, they said... they were out of tarter sauce so we said never mind on that order then. She says hold on and comes back with a big box of it. It was like they didn't want to do the order. Then we get home, and the whole order was horrible. A couple weeks ago we werethere to get diamondbacks tacos. They said we are sorry our soda machines are down. I said no problem, can I just purchasethe sodas and just get the tacos? This place never has all drinks available. At least put a sign up or announce that before people start ordering! Probably just... better to go to the one further away. Third time and they messed up again. Read more

Store on 59th and Northern. One of the worst experiences ever. Do not go there. Over priced. Prices on website do not match... prices on drive thru or what we were charged. $44.00 for 12 piece family meal. 6 fish 6 chicken. And it's no longer chickenplanks, it's tenders. Most 1x3 inches. And dry as hell. Charged extra for hush puppies which should have been included. And no Tatar sauce. Was told they ran out and no shipment until tomorrow. Will never go back and want a full refund for foodmoney and time wasted. Read more

My husband and I went through the drive thru right before they closed and expected to find unhappy people who wanted to rush us... out. We were pleasantly surprised by very friendly smiling faces who had our large order ready to go and bonus it was allcorrect! Kudos to the crew tonight! Read more

Im not one to complain usually so this is quite upsetting. So, I have gone to this taco bell for a while now. I've ordered food... in the past and for the most part everything was fine. However, over the past couple of months I've gone and ordered from thislocation my order is ALWAYS getting messed up. Last time I went in for just a drink I wanted, that was the cherry sunrise freezeand was given a just a cherry icee. Before that I ordered for takeout and they were missing items. This time was the last strawfor me, I had a decently large order as it was for three people. I ordered a steak quesadilla, 12pack of cinnabon delights, 2soft tacos with no lettuce, two bean and cheese burritos with extra onion, three bean and cheese burritos with no red sauce andno onions, burrito supreme combo meal w/baja blast and a mango whip freeze. Now I'm usually very forgiving with fast food, Iunderstand how busy they get, but this was the breaking point for me as it has happened on multiple occasions. When the orderwas picked up by my sister who for the most part followed up with double checking the order and brough it home. She told me theymessed up the 2 soft tacos I ordered and gave us 2 with lettuce, she then said that they even almost forgot our drinks. When shegot home and I opened the bag I realized we were missing things, I never got my quesadilla nor my 12pack of cinnabon delights.It was a $45 order and the two items that were missing costed together a total of $13 they were about $6 each. Both of us areexhausted after work, and didnt feel like dealing with it after she had corrected the order twice. Read more
